【Regarding Shipping】

In-stock items will ship within 3 days. Additional items and custom-made items will ship in approximately 15-40 days (excluding holidays). For urgent orders, please message the brand on Instagram or email luminousland@gmail.com for confirmation!

After your order arrives, please check within 7 days for any defects, malfunctions, or errors in the order details.

【Regarding Returns】

Ordered items that meet our return policy can be returned.

Returns must meet all of the following <Return Conditions> (late returns will not be accepted):

- Return the item within 7 days of receipt and contact us for return service.

- The item must be an "unused item" as determined by our company.

- All accessories, warranty cards, tags, boxes, etc., that arrived with the product must be retained.

- Items returned within 5 days of receipt.

- Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page and intimate apparel cannot be returned. The following items will not be eligible for return:

- Items received and signed for more than 7 days ago.

- Underwear, swimwear, socks, and other intimate hygiene products, as well as items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.

- Items with missing accessories, warranty certificates, precaution labels, or product tags.

- Used items.

- Items that have been altered, washed, or cleaned.

- Items with residual odors, stains, or defects from customer use.

- Items with lost warranty certificates or product tags.

- Items with lost or damaged packaging (bags, boxes, etc.).

【Regarding Exchanges】

※Please note! Exchanges and returns are not accepted in the following situations:

- Items received and signed for more than 7 days ago without our contact.

- Items that our company determines are "used" or "altered, washed, or cleaned" based on our standards.

- Lost or damaged items such as "shipping slips, product tags, packaging bags, boxes, and other additional items".

- Items with residual odors, stains, or defects after customer use.

※If no replacement item is available, a refund will be processed immediately.
